King Prawn Rose

King Prawn Rose ~ serves 4


4 large fresh king prawns
2 tbsps Olive oil
2 tbsps fresh garlic puree
2 tbsps tomato sauce
25 gr ground coriander
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic salt
1/4 cup cornflour
1 crushed ginger stem - use small quantity root ginger instead


Put all ingredients except prawns into a bowl and mix till they form a paste.
Coat prawns evenly with the paste and deepfry for 2 minutes,
Serve with salad
